As we celebrate Mothers' Day this month of May, may we all be reminded that our mothers chose to give us life. No matter what your upbringing may have been, good, bad, or in-between, she gave you life and maybe even this was difficult for her. Even if you were adopted or abandoned, she gave you life.
God has a reason and a purpose for each of us to be here. Some of us find it early in life and some later in life. Life is precious. That is why Jesus Christ said, "yes" to the Father God so we all could have the opportunity to ask Jesus into our heart and have life and life more abundantly in Jesus.
Thank you, Mom, for giving me life. How grateful I am that last month you had your 94th birthday.
