If America ever needed God's blessing, it is now!
How can God bless a backslid- den country like America has become? The nation is in defiance to everything that God stands for. When the Twin Towers fell, it was stated that instead of repentance, the defiant statement was "the bricks have fallen, but we will rebuild a stronger tower". (Not a word for word statement), but the meaning is the same. If you have not read The Harbinger, although everything in the book might not line up with fact; it has a very serious message to these 50 states which make up the United States of America, and people wonder why the weather has gone haywire. We no longer live by the Ten Commandments, anything goes...the more the merrier.
The people of Nineveh were more godly than we; and when Jonah was sent to them, they repented and God's vengeance was stayed.
Lord, turn the hearts of our leaders the way that you will. Send a divine miracle as you did in Bible days of yore to change the calloused hearts of those who are blindly leading our country into destruction. Let them not be like Pharaoh who only hardened his heart which led to his destruction and the army of Egypt. Amen.
