| Speak to the Mountain! |
The Lord has put it in my spirit this month to focus on mountains. Micah 4:1-2 ( paraphrased), In the last days it shall come to pass, that the mountain of the house of the Lord shall be established in the top of the mountains, and it shall be exalted above the hills: and people shall flow unto it. 4:2 And many nations shall come, and say, Come and let us go up to the mountain of the Lord...and He will teach us His ways, and we will walk in His paths; for the law shall go forth from Zion.
Jesus was tempted upon the mountain, Matt:4-8. He preached from the mountain, Matt 5:1; Jesus goes up for prayer, Matt: 14:23, is transfigured on the mountain ,Matt. 17:1-9. In Matt: 21:21, Jesus says, "Verily I say unto you, If ye have faith, and doubt not, ye shall not only do this to the fig tree, but also if ye shall say unto this mountain, Be thou removed, and be cast into the sea; it shall be done." verse 22. "And all things, whatsoever you ask in prayer, believing, ye shall receive".
We know through Scripture that we can have what we say, so if we believe this, we should be able to say to our mountain of problems and health issues: Be thou removed and cast into the sea!
I pray that the Lord will make this a reality in our lives...what have we got to lose, a few words out of our mouths, and trust that faith and hope will build in our hearts, and that our mountain will be removed.
